About me
Maggie Quinn is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Maggie is a Knoxville native. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2006. She gained experience as a floor nurse at St. Mary’s Medical Center (now Tennova), where she cared for patients of all ages. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Pediatrics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2009. She most recently graduated from South College with a Post Master’s degree to become a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in 2024. Maggie has worked as a primary care provider, as well as a provider for patients in a psychiatric residential facility. She most recently spent four years at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, focusing on issues central to adolescent health. While Maggie has great experience with pediatric and adolescent patients, she enjoys caring for patients across the lifespan. Maggie treats patients with a holistic approach. She facilitates collaboration with other providers as necessary to provide the best care for her patients. Maggie wants her patients to know that she is a safe space and accepts patients as they are without judgment.
